| My aunt past away last night but I am happy to share that the family is doing quite well. how incredibly different it is when people know the LORD and actually ask the LORD for mercy to take their loved one home knowing that soon we will be reunited. We are doing fine. we will be sharing lunch with Anne Marie Graña today...later on we will be keeping my family company through the process for my aunt. tomorrow, I am due to speak at Calvary Chapel Gracia around noon. Subject: updates from peru |
| EXHAUSTED!!! but amazed. Today we got off to a great start. I got to speak at my cousin´s church during the main service. this was a first for me so I was very excited. His church is so cute and loving. we recorded the teaching so if you speak Spanish most certainly you would probably enjoy it. I was led by the LORD share the Gospel and ask if anyone would like to give their life to HIM...to my surprise and excitement, a gentleman raised his hand and accepted JESUS as His Lord and Savior. I have a pic with him so I will share when we get back. we had a great time at lunch with my entire family only to have to head out to the hospital to visit my aunt. she is truly just crossing into the Lord´s arms. all of my cousins and mom are ready but please just pray for others involved. Claudita, thanks for writing...it is very encouraging to see your message. we love and miss you lots. looking forward to sharing all of the great stories with you. |

| My goodness guys...I wish you could all be here with us. Last night Norma had family over to her house because of the death of her mother ...they were all prebelievers...they requested that my cousin the pastor would come and speak to them. By the end of the end night 7 women handed their lives over to the LORD. We are all in awe. Today we headed out to Lurin to meet with the girls and take them out to lunch. they were super happy to see us and felt quite important to be going out to lunch with everyone. we need to see you to tell you in person the stories that do nothing but bring glory to the LORD. Sandy is getting married in a few days...the Alegres are doing a great job with the new believers there. it´s just amazing honestly. we have lots that lies ahead. my mom´s sister is in the hospital and the doctors give her 24hrs to live. she knows the LORD as is ready to go home but please pray for the entire family...will keep in touch. please write to us. love, g and c |

Subject: Suprise me God moment on the way 2 Peru |
| Greetings from Peru! We arrived well but not before a great Suprise me God moment as we were going through security at the Ft. Laud airport. We were right behind a young lady who is involved in Christian youth ministries and we were right in front of a brother who is also a servant of the Lord! We instantly connected by laughing off an otherwise stressful moment caused by an airport worker who was having control issues! LOL. Anyway, Kevin is a brother in Christ who lives in Arizona. We prayed for him as he was going through security trying to pass large bottles of cologne and hair gel!! Well, he made it through!! Instantly there was a connection! We were standing at his gate as he went off to a football game with friends in Michigan but not before we all prayed together! Great God Moment!! Miss U all!! Please pray for us as we minister to the ladies here and touch as many lives as we can for the Lord our Savior!!! Love u!!! |

Talking about surprise me God ?... Well, Yesterday a was working with a very bad attitude because I didn't feel good phisicaly, then a went to a Christian Store.... an the girl was with a bad attitud too and a felt bad y tried to be nice with her but doesn't worked, and when I drove home a man in his car next to me showed me his hand with a bad attitude.... I was asking to God where was the surprise? until I recognized my own bad attitude in the morning. I asked to God for forgiven and the rest of my day in two diferents places was a blessing to me with the nice people that God put in my way. Thank you again Lord Jesus for showed us our mistakes and learned from them and for your awsome love and mercy.

Subject: Surprise me God moment |
| A suprise me God moment this monrning was a mix of emotions. I acompanied a client to a legal matter. He is the sweetest little 80 year old man you could ever see. I had prayed for a kind official to assist us and God provided. A lady I knew took our case and she was so sweet to him and patient. All was going well. He was about to get approved. He jumped out of his chair and hugged the offiical and spoke blessings on her...it was a joyous moment! Then, the unthinkable happened. The official tells me "I can't approve the case" His son filed his case too soon. Oh my! The official and I were devasted, how can we now tell this sweet man he was going to be denied again (for the second time). We were all silent. I took him out to his son and explained. We all nearly cried together. The great moment was when I told him what happened, he was still so gracious and thanked me for blessing him and being with him this morning. I couldn't help but to think, would I have been so gracious? Just a sad moment for this kind gentle soul how I wish I could have changed it all for him. So, thats my Surprise me God moment for this morning. Like Terry Esau said in his book they may be unanswered prayers but its all in how we handle it or not, did we pass the test or not? Lord, I thank you for the opportunity this morning to be with this client. To see a soul so in love with you that despite bad news he was still thankful. Help me to be like that. Love U Jesus!! |

I am going to combine my "God surprise me" stories otherwise I will have to put in too many blogs. great start to the day...someone committed to host our first taller in their home and this means so much to so many people. I got confirmation that what I have been investing into the girls was truly directly from the LORD. got great news from LA regarding Jan event. I was able to comfort a friend who just lost her doggie after 16 yrs. I prayed with a sister who asked God for a prayer warrior today...Wow LORD, YOU are so amazing!!! Thirty Days-A three-word prayer-A trail of surprises (10/21/08 – 11/21/08)
Last night some of decided that it was time for a little “Reality Spirituality” again! We want to start today another 30-day period of “Surprise Me God” moments. Its simple. Every morning, for thirty days, pray and ask God to surprise you. Just ask “Surprise Me, God.” Nothing more, nothing less. Three words. Not asking for something in particular. Not giving him our list. Not presenting our agenda. Just inviting him to barge into our lives in any old way he pleases-to crash into the busyness of our schedule and mess with it.
Then, post your Surprise Me God moments here on the blog so we can all share in your special Reality Spirituality moment! Post all the twists and turns that give shape to your month. We will look for when, where, and how God steps into our world in a practical, everyman sort of way. It may include stories of seemingly unanswered prayers as well. Maybe the surprise will be that on many days no sugarcoated coincidences aligned at all and the day headed south and just kept going that way. Maybe the surprise will be in how we handle that, or don't handle it. Maybe the surprises will be more internal than external. Maybe the sea will part, the rod will bud, and the sky will rain biscuits. Maybe not.
We have no idea what those “maybes” will look like-except that we expect they won't be what we expect. Post your “aha” moments, the good, the bad, and probably the odd as well. We are hoping it will be a tapestry that blends our physical, emotional, and spiritual worlds. Let it feel real and honest.
